Pretty in pastels.....

Good day everyone! Hope you are all having a wonderful day. Well it's Wednesday again and that means another fun challenge over at Fab'n'Funky. This week my team mate Sue has asked us to use some pretty pastel colours. We were lucky enough to be able to play with some of our sponsor's images this week. Here is what I came up with, with my Saturated Canary image.

I had big visions for this card, but when it came time to put it all together nothing seemed to work! So went super KISS (Keep It Sweet &Simple) with it.

Its what's on the inside that counts....

Good morning everyone! Another wonderful Wednesday morning and that means another challenge over at Fab'n'Funky.This week it was Beccy's turn to choose our theme and she wants us to show her the inside of our cards. Yes that is right ladies and gents, this week you need to decorate the inside of you cards and show them to us!

Here is mine, using a stamp from our generous sponsor "Stamp Fairy". Isn't she just adorable?

She was so much fun to colour up.

Here is the inside of my card. Nothing really extravagent, as I usually like to leave my card blank.

I wanted to show you close up of my flower cluster. I used my new rose leaf punch along with my MS branch punch for folliage. I love the result. I will definitely be doing that again!

All papers used on card can be purchased at Scrapbook Star. Today I used MME-Lime Twist, Bazzill cardstock, as well as some Cat's Eye chalk ink. The floweres also came from SS.

Good morning everyone! Thank you for all the lovely comments last week, they are always appreciated!

This week at Fab'n'Funky, Our lovely team mate Pat has chosen the theme of Valentine's or Hearts. At first I was not too sure where to go with this one, as we tend to not make a big deal of V day. In our house it is always "V" day! LOL!

But then I remembered this lovely stamp from Pointers that was sent to me months ago. It is called Reach for the stars. Here is the original image stamped.

While looking at this stamp, I thought if I altered it a bit, I could make it into a LOVE card. So I removed the star, and added some hearts to the balloon. I then took one of my Penny Black stamps and stamped the flowers. Then I coloured the image with my Copics and made it 3D.

So what do you think? I really like how it turned out. The beautiful papers used on this card were all purchased at Scrapbook Star. They are MME- Lime Twist and Bo Bunny- Crazy Love.
